Pat's been a mortgage broker since 1995, working to help make your mortgage dreams a reality. Formerly a school teacher in California, Pat received her real estate license in 1975 in Chicago, then moved to Kansas and sold real estate until her move to California in 1984. While in California, she again worked in real estate sales. A native of Liberty, Missouri, she returned to this area in 1995 and opened the doors of Mulberry Street Mortgage.

Pam Dunn

Pam Dunn, twin sister to Pat McCaslin, lives in Villa Park, CA with her husband, Art. She manages the Mulberry Street Mortgage office in Orange, CA.

She's been in the mortgage business since 1991. She knows the variety of loan programs available, and how to package them to ensure the best rates for each of her clients. Most rates are set by the bond markets, and her specialty is watching those markets and choosing the optimum time to lock the lowest interest rates.

Other specialty programs are for self-employed borrowers who can state their income in order to qualify for purchase, cash out and refinance loans.
